Many buyers' brokers will require for you to sign a Buyer's broker agreement before they will even think of showing a property to you. This agreement would lock you into only using that broker for a period of time – sometimes up to 6 months or more. We don't believe this is the way to do our business. We believe in choice. If we can't fulfill your needs, then you should have the choice of going elsewhere.
