Unit already booked for January to March 2024. Nicely furnished turnkey town home on the lake with its own private heated pool! It offers 3 bedrooms + Loft. Over 2, 200 square feet under air. Master has a king bed and the 2 remaining bedrooms offer plenty of twin size beds. Kitchen has wood cabinets, quartz counter tops and upgraded appliances. Tile throughout downstairs. Nice private backyard with gorgeous view of the lake! Perfect to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Resort style amenities (huge pool, spa, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, fitness room and much more!) Season rent rate includes: wi-fi, basic tv cable, pool maintenance and electric plus water (with $150 cap for each). Landlord's car stays in the garage unless the lease is long term. Otherwise, tenant can park in the driveway or on the other side of the garage. The master bedroom closet is locked but 2 armoires and a dresser is put in the master bedroom. Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis and must be neutered and vaccinated according to HO'S rules.
